The participants have got to know theatre pedagogic methods of several fields of theatre, which can be applied within the own work. Together has been worked out, how communicative and social skills of the juveniles like self-confidence, language skills, motivity, creativity, concentration, capacity for teamwork and cooperation can be enhanced. In the workshops the basal techniques, exercises and small sequences have been developed by simple means. The participants tried all of the methods themselves and evaluated them together. Furthermore it has been worked out, how more disabled juveniles will be able to join international exchanges in future, at which they can enhance their aptitudes. The participants also engaged new contacts, as well as shared their previous experiences and new ideas.

The referees are coming from theatre work, from off and institutionalised theatres, and are acting as theatre pedagogues and directors with several children’s, youth and adult groups, which also realise different international projects.

The training has been bilingual and interpreted/translated.
